How can I make a reservation? +

You can use the availability search engine from any page on the site. Select your arrival and departure dates and click the search button: another https// page (see browser) will open, ensuring a secure connection. There, you will see all the available rooms in our hotel. Choose the room(s) you wish to book and click the continue button.
Our booking system allows you to book in real-time by simply entering your credit card details to guarantee the reservation.

Why do I need to provide credit card details when booking? +

Your credit card details are requested solely to guarantee the reservation. No amount will be charged during the booking process. You will pay for your stay directly at our hotel. However, the hotel reserves the right to verify the validity of the data via interbank services. These services may notify you via SMS (if enabled) of a verification check.

How do I know if my booking was successful? +

Once you complete the booking process, you will receive a confirmation email with all the booking details and hotel contact information (contact person, phone number, email, address, etc.). We recommend printing this email as proof of your reservation. If you don’t receive it, please contact us.
Always ensure the email address you entered during registration is correct. If it’s incorrect, the confirmation email cannot be delivered, which may lead to communication issues with the hotel. It's your responsibility to check that all registration information is accurate and truthful.

How long does it take to receive the confirmation? +

The confirmation email is sent immediately after completing the booking process; in real-time.

What if I don’t receive any confirmation? +

The most common reason is an incorrect email address. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact us.

How can I modify a reservation? +

You can contact us directly during the booking process or after receiving confirmation. We will agree on the requested changes with you. Once the booking is confirmed, all changes must be made via email or fax.

How can I cancel a reservation? +

To cancel your reservation, simply contact us and send the cancellation via email or fax. Before cancelling, we suggest reading our cancellation policy carefully to avoid penalties. The policy is available on both the cancellation page and the booking form.

Does cancelling a reservation incur additional costs? +

There are no additional costs if the cancellation is made within the terms of our cancellation policy. To avoid penalties, you must always comply with the cancellation conditions stated on the cancellation page and the booking form.
